The company is able to offer treatments that meet all the standards and specifications of the main car manufacturers, from galvanizing to zinc-nickel, from copper to tin plating up to chrome plating.

In 2005, the company opened a new plant that is completely dedicated to galvanizing and zinc-nickel treatments on rack and in barrel systems. All zinc-nickel lines are approved by VOLVO. The long experience developed in the industry allows us to be able to handle several components for different parts of the car such as screws, nuts, bolts, studs, frame plate and levers for locks, exhaust pipes, pivots, etc…

The plant is certified 9001 and 14001 and the business objective within 2 years is to obtain the certification IATF.

Thanks to the different in barrel lines, we can achieve a high production capacity for nickel-plating, copper-plating, brass-plating, zinc and zinc-nickel treatments.

Thanks to the long and high experience gained in the sector we are able to treat different materials with different classes of resistance and which have undergone hardening treatments such as carbonitruration, cementation, etc…

The ability to perform dehydrogenation treatment within 4 hours of treatment is one of our strengths for the industry.
