Zinc-nickel process and anticorrosive system

Innovative electrolytic process based on the use of an alloy of ZINC-NICKEL with a content of 12-15% of NICKEL, the appearance is a semi-gloss deposit with high corrosion resistance and absence of hexavalent chromium and compliant with Rohs (2002/95/EC), ELV (2000/53/EC), 2003/36/EC and 2000/53/EC
MAIN FEATURES:

    • The process is applicable on zamak, steel, copper and its alloys;
    • The process is applicable both on rack and in barrel;

surface hardness 450 HV and high mechanical wear resistance

  • Black, Transparent (clear) and Blue-Coat (high performance) finishings obtainable by trivalent chrome (Cr+3) passivations;

It is possible to apply Sealants (selear), Lubricants (Torque’n Tension) and Top-Coat to increase corrosion resistance, adjust the coefficient of friction (Cof) and improve the appearance of the deposit;
Very high corrosion resistance and uniformity of deposit thicknesses. The process can reach and exceed 196-240 hours to white salts and 720-1000 to red rust in accordance with the relative standards ASTM B-117, UNI ISO 9227 e DIN 50021 SS;
