In response to the several needs from the market concerning a black electroplating finishing as an alternative to the paint, SILGA has made the new finishing BLACK OXIDE.
It’s a process performed by static by means of several electroplating coatings for a thickness of 10-20 microns and the possibility to have two different shades: matt and glossy.
The finishing is completly NICKEL-FREE and appliable on zamak, copper, brass, steel and stainless steel. In addition to the aesthetic high value the finishing has also a good resistance in the corrosion and abrasion test.
Thanks to all its features it can be applied in several sectors, such as automotive, motorcycle, furniture, hydraulics, fasteners and fashion.
