Once we created the layer of oxide on the surface of the piece it can be immersed in a bath containing organic pigments. The duration of the immersion varies depending on the thickness of the oxide layer, which therefore affects the tone of the final color. In fact, for darker shades will be given greater thicknesses of oxide then for lighter ones. The final stage of coloring is a fixing which can be cold or hot.
The colors that can be made by organic colours are: STEEL, BLACK, BLUE, ORANGE, RED and GOLD.
