This is an automatic multi-program line equipped with numerous tanks and positions, which allow to create different coatings with <strong>different thicknesses of copper and nickel<\/strong>, also high thicknesses, included a protective treatment of <strong>oiling<\/strong> performed directly in line .<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Thanks to its structure, this type of system can meet the most varied requirements and demanding technical specifications required from different sectors, such as <strong>furniture fittings<\/strong>, articles for the <strong>automotive<\/strong> industry, <strong>hydraulics<\/strong> and <strong>pneumatics<\/strong>, <strong>bolts and fasteners<\/strong>, <strong>mechanics<\/strong> and all those articles which need of finishings with a nickel substrate .<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">With the addition of this new line SILGA has increased its total production capacity of <strong>further 1,200 tons per year<\/strong>, for treatments of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.silga.com\/en\/galvanic-division\/treatments\/traditional-galvanic\/processings-2\/nickel-plating\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>nickel-plating in barrel<\/strong><\/a> on <strong>steel<\/strong>, <strong>brass<\/strong> and <strong>zamak<\/strong>.
